Michelle is an entrepreneur, and owns her own law practice, Easter Law, PLLC. She is dedicated to helping individuals and families find legal solutions that are tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.
Michelle has many years of experience effectively analyzing situations through risk analysis, mitigation, and problem solving.
Before becoming an attorney, Michelle spent over 15 years working as a Manager in the Corporate Business environment. Her past experience allows her to bring unique skills to the areas of law she practices.
Including exceptional client relation skills that demonstrate the ability to resolve difficult situations with sensitivity and discretion. For example, she was involved in successful negotiations with the Michigan Public Service Commission in developing utility billing rules and regulations for the state of Michigan. Reviewed and modified contractual agreements and business contracts to enhance financial and procedural requirements. And successfully administrated and negotiated several informal hearings regarding utility compliance.
Michelle is a wife and mother of four boys and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves being involved with the community and is currently an active Board Member of the Blue Water Area Chamber of Commerce and a volunteer with the Marysville Vikings Band Booster. She has also previously held positions on the Citizens Review Committee for the St. Clair County United Way; Chair for Children’s Activities, for the American Legion Post 449, Marysville, Michigan; and a former youth coach for the American Youth Soccer Organization, and volunteer with the Marysville Little League Baseball.

Abby was born and raised in the Port Huron Area, attending Port Huron High School and graduating from the Blue Water Middle College in 2015. She is happy to be back in the Blue Water Area assisting the community with their legal needs. Outside of practicing law, Abby enjoys reading, yoga, and traveling.

Shannon came to Easter Law in 2017, shortly after Michelle Easter began her practice. Shannon has played an important role at Easter Law, dedicating her knowledge and skills to helping build the practice. She is passionate about justice and equality for everyone. Shannon brings strong research and writing skills and is adept at analyzing evidence to help develop strong legal arguments. With a background heavily grounded in customer service-related fields, she strives to actively listen to all clients to help effectively determine solutions to their legal issues.
Shannon is a wife and stepmother, and a loving pet owner to her three dalmatians and two cats. Prior to attending law school, Shannon was a professional photographer and still pursues this passion as a hobby.

Julie Ebenhack - Legal Secretary
Background:
Julie was born and raised in Columbus, OH. After graduating from Ohio State University, she worked for Lincoln Financial Advisors as a new business administrator and annuity processor. Her husband took a position as a US Border Patrol which moved them to Southern Arizona where Julie then became an Assistant Manager and Leasing Agent with Hayden Properties.
Julie and her family relocated to Marysville, MI in 2007. Julie joined Easter Law in May 2023 to begin a new career as a Legal Secretary.
In her free time, she enjoys working out/lifting, reading, biking, swimming, and golfing.

Hannah McDonald - Law Intern

Hannah was born and raised in the Port Huron area, graduating from Port Huron Northern High School in 2019. Hannah has earned certifications in writing and research, and she plans to continue her legal career in the Blue Water area after she graduates from law school.
